     The first thing we would like to go over with all of our patrons is to let you know that we are a chair rental where each stylist is self employed with their own separate hours and independent business. we have no front desk staff or any other employees, we do understand that it can be frustrating at times that you may have to leave a message to limit the phone tag.. We will get back to you as soon as we can when we are not with guests. We do not interrupt our guests services for any reason and would expect that you would probably appreciate that when you are receiving your service in our clinic that we would not interrupt anyones service to answer phones or assist other customers other than whom we are with.

     If you contact the clinic and find that we are booking further out than what you are wanting, be aware that we will ALWAYS be booked approx 3-6 weeks out. If you choose to call back later due to this be aware that when you call back, don't be surprised if we are booked a minimum 3-6 weeks from that time as well. If you are not able to schedule your appointments that far out, unfortunately we may not be the salon for you as this will not change and unfortunately we can not change that either. All of our regular patrons/clients as well as new have to book a minimum 3-6 weeks out if not have standing appointments throughout the next year

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

Cancellation

A 72-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, if you cancel in less than 72 hours a $25 charge will be applied to your account that must be paid by the time of your next appointment. We understand life circumstances happen and this fee may be waived per individual circumstance, however clients that habitually cancel or reschedule will be paying these fees moving forward regardless of circumstances if it is less than 72 hours notice.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. If you are not on time you will be asked to reschedule or receive is shorter service but still be required to pay full price.

Sickness

Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
